On behalf of Federation Internationale des Quilleurs, I would like to extend my sincerest congratulations to Persatuan Boling Indonesia (Indonesian Bowling Federation) for hosting the 8th World Ranking Masters.

Conceptualized to showcase annually the very best keglers from the 3 zones of our tenpin division, I'am heartened to see the 8th hosting of this initiative.

The world of sport is constantly evolving and the bar for sport excellence is also continually being raised to match-up so as to be relevant to the times we live in. In this respect, whilst I applaud the Persatuan Boling Indonesia for their commendable support in the development of the sport of tenpin bowling by staging the 8th World Ranking Masters, I would like to take this opportunity to encourage WTBA to conduct a review and refinement of this event. Only through candid and sincere self-assessment can we collectively make a good initiative even better!

No tournament of this stature is possible without the effort and commitment of all, to this end, I would like to congratulate and thank Mr Maxi Gunawan and all members of the organizing committee, sponsors and all relevant authorities for their collective support in ensuring a successful staging of the 8th World Ranking Masters.

Finally, I would like to wish all participants an exciting, challenging and fulfilling tournament!

With best wishes
Yours in Bowling
