The trust and honour given by world Tenpin Bowling Association to Indonesia as the organizer of the world bowling tournament should constitute a challenge especially to Indonesian Bowling Association and generally to Indonesian community to conduct this activity more successfully and professionally. Management of staging it should be arranged and organized both integratedly and accountably as well as transparently in the hope that it can guarantee to create a comfortable, friendly and safe atmosphere of competition. On the other hand, this International Bowling Championship should be able to encourage in optimalization of our bowlers achievement and set off the production of more new bowlers.

As the host we expect that our bowlers can compete without mental stress, with spirit and confidence to reach and present the best achievement for the sake of themselves, Indonesian Bowling Association and The nation and beloved country.

In this prestigious championship, Indonesia is hoped to achieve three success all at once, that is, success as a host, success in organizing and success in achievement, as one of concrete dedication in an effort to restore Indonesian image as well as earning greater trust from world bowling association.

To the bowlers from abroad I welcome you to Indonesia and hope you enjoy staying here. To all the participants of the tournament I wish you a fair competition with high sportsmanship. In conclusion I pray that the bowling world championship of World Ranking Master 2008 can run well and successfully and also give meaningful contribution to the development of bowling and realization of the best achievement in national sports.
